Broadex Technologies Launches 800G AEC Products Series
San Diego, 25th March 2024 – Broadex Technologies, a leading innovator in optical communication solutions, is introducing a series of high-performance 800G Active Electrical Cables (AEC) products.
Leveraging technology from Marvell, the newly unveiled series supports 400G/800G transmission rates and is designed to cater to a wide array of applications with its extensive form-factor support including OSFP, QSFP-DD, and QSFP112. The products are engineered for versatility, accommodating multiple topologies such as Straight and Breakout configurations with built-in gearbox, to facilitating the interconnection of different serdes I/O speeds and form factors. Furthermore, the series can also support the application of half-active (AEC to DAC) technologies.

Debut at OFC 2024
The high-performance 800G AEC products will make their debut at the OFC Expo at the San Diego Convention Center, Booth 1001, from March 26 to 28, 2024. Attendees are invited to witness the unveiling of these innovative solutions that can be used in data center interconnection and AI cluster interconnection.
